Sales Manager, Berlin

IPlytics is the first software platform on the market to bring together comprehensive, highly indexed technical standard information, global patents, standard essential patents and technical standard contribution data to provide industry leading analysis on the past, present and future of standard essential technology. IPlytics Platform is a SaaS solution used by patent, innovation and technology departments. Our customers are medium- sized to multinational companies from all industry verticals and are some of the most IP-driven and innovative companies worldwide.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development ideally in the area of SaaS big data analytics or other analysis software.
  • Fluent spoken and written German as well as business fluent English.
  • The ability to turn intangible assets into tangible value. Intellectually curious, technically inclined with the ability to explain and present highly complex topics in a straight-forward manner.
  • Goal driven. Proven experience in making or exceeding goals and sales quotas.
  • Effective communicator and negotiator.
  • Proven experience in working with and building relationships with all levels of a company’s hierarchy, especially senior leaders.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Comfortable with CRMs, Microsoft office, LinkedIn Navigator.

Marketing Manager, Berlin

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute creative marketing and communications strategies to improve global product awareness and brand perception
  • Write selected high-quality marketing and communications content hands-on (i.e blogs, newsletters, brochures, etc) and manage company’s online presence with the aim to inspire and amaze potential clients, partners, and hires
  • Research, analyze and target different global market segments and competitors
  • Identifying and managing Customer Success story database; including designing strategies to highlight them.
  • Organize external events and related corresponding marketing materials with the aim of maximum reach and impact

What We Require:

  • 3-5 years of marketing and communications experience, particularly in a B2B environment
  • Experienced in writing impactful marketing, website & product copy
  • Experience with CRMs, lead flows, and lead generation (Hubspot or similar CRM tool experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM to acquire quality leads through search
  • Excellent English speaker, with proven writing, analytical and research skills
  • Exceptional oral and presentation skills.

Als Accountant/Buchhalter bei IPlytics…
wirst du Teil eines Berliner Tech Start-Ups und kümmerst dich um das Erstellen und Managen der Ausgangsrechnungen an unsere internationalen Kunden. In Kooperation mit unserem Steuerbüro gelingt es dir zuverlässig unsere Eingangsrechnungen zu bearbeiten und gewissenhaft betriebswirtschaftlichen Monatsabrechnungen (vorbereitende Buchhaltung) vorzubereiten. Kurz gesagt; du hast stets die Zahlen fest im Griff und bewahrst auch in Stresssituationen einen kühlen Kopf.

Du hast…

  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise in einem Start-Up Umfeld
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich der Buchhaltung/Buchführung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV-Software und anderen Workflow Tools wie z.B. Zoho oder Getmyinvoices
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sowohl den Teamspirit als auch Selbst-motivation, bist zahlen-affin und ergebnis-orientiert
  • Ein hohes Maß an Diskretion und durch Vertrauen geprägte Arbeitsweise
