Dr. Tim Pohlmann
CEO & Founder
Tim is a graduate of the University of Marburg Business School and University of Kent Business School with a major in technology and innovation management. After his studies, he received his PhD as a research assistant at Professor Knut Blind’s Chair of Innovation Economics at the Technical University of Berlin. Since then he works as an employee of the Law and Economics Group of patents at CERNA, MINES ParisTech. Tim has been involved in several studies on patents, standards and ICT markets for the WIPO, the European Commission and the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi). His idea to start IPlytics came during his PhD.
Rosann studied media with a focus on marketing communications in Berlin and Bonn. After graduating she worked for various marketing and communication agencies in Berlin and New York City, supervising communication strategies and public relations campaigns for companies such as Daimler and Hennes & Mauritz. During her tenure she was increasingly responsible for the brand launch and strategic marketing communication for new companies entering the German market as well as in charge of overall project supervision and project management.
Dmitri is a graduate of the Berlin Institute of Technology where he studied computer science with a major in intelligent systems. In course of his studies he focused on topics such as Information Retrieval, Semantic Search, Information Extraction and Recommender Systems. In his master thesis for which he worked in cooperation with the DAI-Labor Berlin, Dmitri developed algorithms for linguistic text document comparisons. Dmitri is CTO of IPlytics and manages the development team.

Emma has a unique blend of sales acumen and technical expertise. She has been working cross-departmentally to achieve results. Strong presentation and leadership skills together with the talent to take the most complex topics and products and make the easily understandable to a wide audience. The ability to inspire, motivate team members to fulfill their potential as well as having a deep insight and understanding of people and relationships. As the VP Global Sales she manages all of IPlytics sales and customer success teams around the world.
